human resources in preschool, primary and secondary education establishments;<\/li>\n<li>To provide technical and specialized support to the government official responsible for education and to the services and bodies in the field of education, within the framework of specific legal regimes;<\/li>\n<li>To manage, operate and maintain the Science, Technology and Society Network and the Extended
