career\/category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Budget Planning Unit, integrated into the Financial Management Department of School Clusters and Non-Clustered Schools.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1036\">Job Description<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1145\">The job position to be filled is within the Budget Planning Unit, and the employee will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1526\">\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1213\">To guide and support school clusters and non-clustered schools.<br \/>\n(AE\/E\u00f1A) within the scope of Budgetary and Financial Management and clarification of<br \/>\ndoubts about matters related to the state budget having in<br \/>\ntaking into account the legislation in force;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1213\">Monitoring the financial and budgetary execution of the AE\/E\u00f1A;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1213\">To collect and compile the information necessary for the preparation of<br \/>\nmonthly monitoring and reporting reports on budget execution<br \/>\nProjects and Actions underway in Educational Establishments;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<p data-end=\"1213\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1213\">Distribution of allocated funds by Educational Establishment and<br \/>\ncommunication of allocations for the operating budget;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1213\">Analysis of processes and requests from AE\/E\u00f1A within the scope of applications for<br \/>\nreinforcements or situations that imply new budgetary burdens;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1213\">Register the monthly reports in the Budgetary Entity&#039;s online services and<br \/>\nannual figures, namely Available Funds, Overdue Payments, Units of<br \/>\nTreasury, Multi-year Charges (SCEP), preparation of RAPs\/RNAPs<br \/>\n(Replacements Not\/Not Deducted from Payments) and issuance of the corresponding payment slip.<br \/>\nDelivery to the Treasury;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1213\">To prepare opinions, reports, and explanatory notes regarding the interpretation.<br \/>\nand the application of current legislation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li
