{"id":4074,"date":"2026-03-13T16:39:38","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T16:39:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agse.pt\/?p=4074"},"modified":"2026-03-18T10:31:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T10:31:45","slug":"agse-apresenta-novos-canais-de-contacto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agse.pt\/en\/agse-apresenta-novos-canais-de-contacto\/","title":{"rendered":"AGSE presents new contact channels."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A<strong> Agency for the Management of the Education System<\/strong>, IP (AGSE) provides <strong>new contact channels<\/strong>, with the objective of <strong>to facilitate and centralize the forwarding of requests <\/strong>e<strong> to ensure a faster and more effective response <\/strong>in response to various requests from the educational community and other entities.<\/p>\n<p>General inquiries with AGSE, IP should be made through the following email addresses, which will now constitute the Agency&#039;s main institutional contact points:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/&\/#x6d;&#97;i&#x6c;&#x74;&#111;:&#x61;&#103;s&#x65;&#x40;&#97;g&#x73;&#101;&#46;&#x70;&#x74;\"><strong>agse@agse.pt<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"\/en\/&\/#x6d;a&#x69;&#108;&#x74;&#111;:&#x63;&#111;&#x6c;&#97;b&#x6f;&#114;&#x61;&#99;a&#x6f;&#46;&#x64;&#105;&#x72;&#x65;t&#x6f;&#114;&#x65;&#115;&#64;&#x61;&#103;&#x73;&#101;&#46;&#x70;t\">collaboration.directors@agse.pt<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This change is part of the process of consolidating the activity of AGSE, IP as the entity responsible for managing key areas of the education system. <strong>Centralizing contacts will improve the tracking of received requests and ensure greater efficiency.<\/strong> in your treatment.<\/p>\n<p>It is also planned, <strong>implementation of an integrated communication solution<\/strong> which will allow for even stronger coordination with the various partners and stakeholders in the education system.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>E72 remains the official structured customer service channel.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Meanwhile, <u>remains operational<\/u>, until the new communication channel becomes operational, the <a href=\"https:\/\/sigrhe.dgae.medu.pt\/openerp\/login\"><strong>E72<\/strong><\/a>, the <strong>official electronic service channel of the Education Administration and preferred means of communication.<\/strong>, accessible through <strong>SIGRHE<\/strong>, which allows for the submission of requests for clarification in a structured manner, with associated history and a commitment to respond within a maximum of 72 hours.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Previously used channels are no longer active.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As part of the ongoing reorganization, please be advised that <strong>The previously used contact channels are no longer active.<\/strong>.
