Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Portel School Group.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice 6772_2026_02<\/a>,\u00a0<\/strong>which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of\u00a0Portel School Group. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The procedure runs for a period of 10 working days, starting from the day after the publication of the notice, and falls within the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75\/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137\/2012, of July 2.<\/p>\n

Requirements and application process<\/h3>\n

The admission requirements for the competition are those established in points 3 and 4 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 75\/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law no. 137\/2012, of July 2.<\/p>\n

Applications submitted by teachers with the profile referred to in points b), c) and d) of paragraph 4 of Article 21 of Decree-Law No. 75\/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137\/2012, of July 2, in its current wording, will only be considered if there are no applications, or if they are insufficient due to failure to meet the legal admission requirements for the competition, that meet the requirements set out in point a) of paragraph 4 of Article 21.<\/p>\n

The application for admission to the competitive procedure is made by means of a request, using the appropriate form available at [website address]. Group's website<\/a>\u00a0and in the administrative services of the school headquarters of the Group, addressed to the President of the General Council, accompanied by a declaration of consent for the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n

The application referred to in the previous paragraph must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:<\/p>\n
