Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of Gabriel Pereira School Group, \u00c9vora<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n

It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice No. 7857\/2026<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Gabriel Pereira School Group, \u00c9vora.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75\/2008, of April 22, and with
\nthe changes introduced by Decree-Law No. 137\/2012, of July 2, and in Article 5 of the Ordinance
\nNotice is hereby given, pursuant to Decree No. 604\/2008 of July 9, that the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of the Gabriel Pereira School Group in \u00c9vora is open for a period of 10 working days, starting from the day following the publication of this notice in the Official Gazette, 2nd series.<\/p>\n

Admission requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The admission requirements for the competition are those set out in points 3, 4 and 5 of article 21.
\nDecree-Law No. 75\/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137\/2012, of July 2:
\n\u2013 Career teachers in the public education system may oppose the competitive selection process.
\nor qualified teachers with permanent contracts in private and cooperative education, in both cases with at least five years of service and qualifications to perform school administration and management functions.<\/p>\n

\u2013 They are considered qualified to perform school administration and management functions.
\nTeachers who meet one of the following conditions:
\na) They hold specific qualifications for this purpose, in accordance with points b) and c) of
\nNo. 1 of Article 56 of the Statute of the Teaching Career of Early Childhood Educators and Teachers of Basic and Secondary Education;
\nb) Possess experience corresponding to at least one full term in the exercise of
\npositions of director, deputy director or assistant director, president or vice-president of the executive board, executive director or assistant executive director or member of the board of directors and\/or executive board, under the terms of the regimes approved respectively by Decree-Law No. 75\/2008, of April 22, and as amended by Decree-Law No. 137\/2012, of July 2, by Decree-Law No. 115-A\/98 of May 4, amended by Decree-Law No. 75\/2008, of April 22, by Law No. 24\/99, of April 22, by Decree-Law No. 172\/91, of May 10, and by Decree-Law No. 769-A\/76, of October 23;
\nc) Possess at least three years of experience as a director or pedagogical director of a private or cooperative educational establishment.<\/p>\n

Application<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Formal application must be submitted in writing.
\nThe application for this purpose, as provided for in Article 22-A of Decree-Law No. 75\/2008 of April 22, amended by Decree-Law No. 137\/2012 of July 2, must be submitted to the administrative services of the Main School, addressed to the President of the General Council, and must be accompanied by the following documents in paper format, under penalty of exclusion:<\/p>\n
