Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Bom Sucesso School Group, Vila Franca de Xira.

It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice No. 5880_2026_2 which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of Bom Sucesso School Group, Vila Franca de Xira.

The procedure runs for a period of 10 working days, starting from the day after the publication of the notice, and falls within the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2.

Requirements and application process

The admission requirements for the competitive selection process are those established. in paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 75/2008, of April 22, in its current wording.

Applications must be submitted within 10 working days of the publication of the notice in the Diário da República (Official Gazette). They must be delivered in person, in paper format, to the administrative services of the main school of the Bom Sucesso School Group, in a sealed envelope, during office hours, or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched by the deadline, addressed to the President of the General Council, to the following address:

Bom Sucesso Primary School (1st, 2nd and 3rd Cycles), Rua Casal do Moledo, n.º 19, Bom Sucesso, 2619-507 — Alverca do Ribatejo.

The application form, available at Group's website and in the Administrative Services, It must be accompanied by the following documents, otherwise it will be excluded:

  • Curriculum vitae, A detailed, dated, signed, and up-to-date statement detailing the functions performed and the professional training held, duly proven, will not be considered;
  • Intervention Project in the School Group, with original content, in accordance with the legislation, containing a maximum of 20 pages, A4 size, in Arial 11 font, 1.5 line spacing, and may be supplemented with relevant annexes, explicitly stating: identification of problems/challenges; definition of the mission, goals and main guidelines for action; explanation of the strategic plan to be carried out during the term and its schedule.
  • If the candidate authorizes it, a photocopy of their citizen card is required. If authorization is not given, the Administrative Services of the Bom Sucesso School Group will take note of the necessary data present in this documentation and verify its authenticity.;
  • Authenticated statement from the originating service., which includes the category, the employment status, and the length of service;
  • Certified photocopy, or certificate, of the document proving academic qualifications and certificates relating to professional status;
  • Declaration of consent for the collection and processing of personal data. for the purposes of the Competitive Procedure, pursuant to point (a) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Candidates may also indicate any other duly documented elements that they consider relevant for the assessment of their merit.

Documentary proof of the elements included in the curriculum is mandatory, with the exception of those that are filed in the respective individual file and this file is located in the School Cluster where the procedure is taking place.
