
Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Lima de Freitas School Group, Setúbal, for the four-year period 2026-2030.
It was published in Official Gazette Notice No. 7225/2026/02, which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of Lima de Freitas School Group, Setúbal.
O The procedure takes place over a period of 10 working days., starting from the day following the publication of the notice, and falls within the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2.
Requirements and application process
A The application must be formalized by submitting a request. in its own model, available at Group's website and us administrative services of the Lima de Freitas Basic and Secondary School.
A The application must be submitted., on paper in a sealed envelope administrative services of the school headquarters of the Grouping during business hours Addressed to the President of the General Council of the Lima de Freitas School Group, or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the aforementioned Group, Rua Batalha do Viso 2904-510 Setúbal, dispatched before the deadline set for its submission, or em formato digital para o endereço eletrónico — cglimafreitas@gmail.com.
The application for admission (application form) referred to in the previous paragraph must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:
• Curriculum vitae, A dated and signed document containing up-to-date and duly verified information regarding personal and professional identification (category, employment status and length of service), academic and professional training and qualifications for the role of Director, particularly in school management and administration positions, email address, as well as other information considered relevant to the duties of Director;
• Intervention Project for the Grouping in paper or digital format, with numbered and initialed pages, and dated and signed at the end, with original content, where the candidate identifies the problems, defines the mission, goals and main guidelines for action, as well as explaining the strategic plan to be carried out during the term (limit 20 pages, Trebuchet font, font size 12, 2 cm margins, 1.5 spacing).
• Declaration authenticated by the originating service., which includes the candidate's category, employment status, and length of service.
• Any other elements, duly proven that they deem relevant for assessing its merit.
It is mandatory documentary proof of the elements contained in the curriculum, with the exception of those that are filed in their respective individual files, provided that these files are located in the administrative services of the Lima de Freitas School Group.
Evaluation of applications
The methods for evaluating applications are as follows:
- Analysis of curriculum vitae of each candidate, specifically for the purpose of assessing its relevance to the performance of the duties of Director/and its merit;
- Analysis of the intervention project in the Grouping;
- Results of the individual interview carried out with the candidate. The criteria to be applied in each of the evaluation methods are set out in the regulations of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director, and can be consulted at the administrative offices of the main school and on the Group's website.
