About the Agency for the Management of the Education System (AGSE)

The creation of AGSE results from the total or partial integration of the General Secretariat for Education and Science (SGEC), Directorate-General for School Administration (DGAE), Directorate-General for School Establishments (DGEstE) and Institute for Financial Management of Education (IGeFE), which centralizes technical, financial, and staff management functions for teaching and non-teaching personnel.
