It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice No. 5878_2026_2 which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of the Murtosa School Group.
The procedure runs for a period of 10 working days, starting from the day after the publication of the notice, and falls within the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of... Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, July 2nd.
Requirements and application process
The admission requirements for the competitive procedure are those established in paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 75/2008, of April 22, as currently worded.
Applications must be formalized by means of a request, using the appropriate form, available at [website address]. Website of the Murtosa School Group, Murtosa and in the Administrative Services of the Main School — Padre António Morais da Fonseca Secondary School (EB 2,3), addressed to the President of the General Council.
Applications may be submitted in person at the administrative offices of the Group's Main School, during office hours, or sent to the President of the General Council by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched no later than the deadline for submitting applications, to:
Murtosa School Group, Rua da Saldida, Apartado 11, 3870-218 Murtosa.
The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Detailed curriculum vitae, updated, dated and signed, indicating the functions performed, professional training and specialized training;
- Intervention Project for the Grouping, including identification of problems, definition of mission, goals and broad guidelines for action, as well as the strategic plan to be developed during the term (maximum of 15 pages, which may include annexes);
- Other duly documented elements that the candidate considers relevant for the assessment of their merit.
Documentary proof of the elements included in the application is mandatory, with the exception of those already filed in the candidate's individual file at the school.
Evaluation of applications
The evaluation of applications is carried out by the General Council, in accordance with the provisions of Article 22-B of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended.
