
Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Odemira School Group.
It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice 6357_2026_02, which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of Odemira School Group.
The procedure runs for a period of 10 working days, starting from the day after the publication of the notice, and falls within the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2.
Requirements and application process
The admission requirements for the competitive procedure are those established in paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law no. 137/2012, of July 2.
Applications must be submitted within 10 working days of the publication of the notice in the Official Gazette, by means of an application form, available at the administrative offices of main school of the Odemira School Group, and in Group's website.
The application for admission (application form) referred to must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:
- Curriculum vitae detailed (European model), dated and signed;
- Intervention Project The Intervention Project, submitted to the Odemira School Group, must be in paper format, with numbered and initialed pages, and dated and signed at the end. It must include the identification of problems, the definition of the mission, goals, and main guidelines for action, as well as an explanation of the strategic plan to be implemented during the term. The Intervention Project referred to in this paragraph should not exceed 20 pages, A4 size, Arial font, size 12, and 1.5 spacing.
- Declaration authenticated by the originating service., where it is stated that category, employment status, and total length of service;
- A declaration, authenticated by the originating services, of the length of service in the performance of the duties foreseen.in points b) and c) of paragraph 4 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 75/2008 of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law no. 137/2012, of July 2;
- Certified photocopy, or certified copy, of the document. Proof of academic qualifications and certificates relating to professional status;
- A photocopy, if authorized by the candidate, of identity card/citizen card and taxpayer cardIf you do not have a citizen card.
Documentary proof of the elements included in the curriculum vitae is mandatory, with the exception of those that are filed in the respective individual file located at the school cluster where the procedure is taking place.
Evaluation of applications
The methods used for selecting candidates are those defined in Article 5 of the Regulations for the election of the director of the Odemira School Group, available on its website and in the respective Administrative Services, as regulated by Decree-Law No. 75/2008 of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012 of July 2.
