Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to FCCN – Digital Education Services.
Job Description
The responsibilities to be performed fall within the scope of developing and operating digital infrastructures and services that support the national education ecosystem, specifically:
- Define and communicate the vision, objectives and roadmap of the product in alignment with the institutional strategy and priorities of the Public Administration;
- Manage and prioritize backlog of the product, ensuring the maximization of public value, impact and alignment with the needs of users and services;
- Coordinate with stakeholders Internal and external parties for gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements;
- Translate business needs and legal requirements into clear and well-prioritized functional requirements;
- To monitor the product's development throughout its lifecycle, in collaboration with development, testing, and UX/UI teams;
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and quality indicators, supporting informed decision-making;
- To ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, namely GDPR, digital accessibility, interoperability and information security;
- Prepare reports, dashboards and status updates for monitoring by Management;
- To promote practices of continuous improvement, innovation, and user/citizen orientation.
