In accordance with the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, amended
As amended and republished by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2, and other applicable legislation, it is hereby made public that the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of the João Gonçalves Zarco Secondary School (ESJGZ), Matosinhos, is open for a period of 10 working days, starting from the day following the publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette, 2nd series.

Admission requirements

The admission requirements for the competition are those set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 21 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, amended and republished by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2, and other applicable legislation.

Formalization of the candidacy

Formal applications must be submitted by means of a formal application form, available at [website address]. school website and in the School's Administrative Services, duly completed, signed and dated, addressed to the President of the General Council.

The application must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:

• Curriculum vitae detailedA document dated and signed by the candidate, containing
  Information regarding roles performed, professional and specialized training.
• Intervention Project at ESJGZDocument with a maximum length of 20 typewritten pages;
• Declaration authenticated by the originating Administrative Services.;
• Certified photocopy of the diploma or certificate proving academic qualifications;
• Certified photocopy of the specialized training certificate;
• Simple photocopies of certificates from specialization courses;
• A simple photocopy of the Citizen Card or Identity Card and Taxpayer Card.;
• Declaration of informed consent for the processing of personal data.

The documentary evidence referred to in points a), c), d), e) and f) of the previous paragraph is waived when

All documents may be delivered in person to the School's Administrative Services during office hours, or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched by the deadline, addressed to Escola Secundária João Gonçalves Zarco, Avenida Villagarcia D'Arosa, 4454-504, Matosinhos, to the attention of the President of the General Council, as follows:

• The aforementioned documents must be placed in a sealed envelope, marked "DOCUMENTS" on the outside;
• The Intervention Project must be placed in a sealed envelope, with the inscription “INTERVENTION PROJECT” on the outside;
• The application in digital format (USB drive) must follow the same structure (folders) as the document.
  The application must be submitted in physical form and placed in a sealed individual envelope with the inscription on the outside: “Application in digital format”;
• The envelopes mentioned in the previous points must be placed in a room.
  The envelope, addressed to the President of the General Council of ESJGZ, should accompany the application.

The specialized committee of the General Council may request the presentation of the originals.

Evaluation of applications

The methods to be used by the specialized committee of the General Council in assessing applications are as follows:

• Analysis of Curriculum vitae of the candidate;
• Analysis of the intervention project at the João Gonçalves Zarco Secondary School, Matosinhos;
• Individual interview with the candidate.
