This application is intended for qualified teachers who wish to obtain proof of service time in Private and Cooperative Education Establishments (EPC), Private Vocational Schools, and Private Social Solidarity Institutions (IPSS) in mainland Portugal, for the purposes of competitive selection processes.

Yes. Teachers holding professional qualifications acquired through degrees in teaching or in the educational training branch of the Faculties of Arts and Sciences must provide proof of the recruitment group in which they are professionally qualified, attaching, for this purpose, a copy of the declaration issued by the school, mentioning the recruitment group(s)/subject(s) and teaching level in which they carried out their teaching internship.
No, as long as the master's degree certificate identifies the subject and level of education.
You must submit your qualifications certificate and a photocopy of the page from the Official Gazette where the order approving your professional classification was published.
No. The legal framework for professional qualification for teaching (in pre-school education and in basic and secondary education) approved by Decree-Law No. 79/2014, of May 14, corrected by Rectification Declaration No. 32/2014, published in the Official Gazette, 1st series, No. 122, of June 27, 2014, and amended by Decree-Laws No. 176/2014, of December 12, and No. 16/2018, of March 7, determines the possession of professional qualification as a condition for exercising the teaching function, and the courses that professionally qualify in the specialty of the master's degree are the master's degrees in teaching, under the terms established by Decree-Law No. 79/2014.

In the case of IPSS (Private Institutions of Social Solidarity), the declaration must be issued by the head of the institution.

The school must calculate the average weekly teaching hours based on the distribution of the total hours (modules taught) over the number of teaching weeks required to teach them.
It should be noted that the school weeks are defined in the school calendar, excluding all periods of school breaks.

No. Proof of length of service will be based on declarations of service time rendered by teaching staff, in accordance with Article 30, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Decree-Law No. 92/2014, in the context of sociocultural training and the scientific training component of the courses referred to in paragraph 1 of the aforementioned decree, which is ensured by teachers with professional qualifications for teaching in the respective recruitment group of the 3rd cycle of Basic Education and Secondary Education.
Yes, provided that they possess the required qualifications to perform duties in those recruitment groups, and provided that the duties were performed at the same educational institution.
No. As many requests must be submitted as there are educational establishments where the teacher provided the service whose time they wish to have considered.
