Context

The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting a recruitment procedure through mobility, within the same category or between careers, to fill 1 (one) job position in the career/category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Organizational Planning Unit, integrated into the Organizational Performance and Compliance Department.

Job Description

The job position to be filled is within the Organizational Planning Unit, and the employee will be responsible for:

• Develop strategic and operational planning activities;

• To support the definition and monitoring of organizational performance indicators;

• Prepare reports, opinions, and technical information;

• To collaborate in the implementation of organizational improvement processes;

• To ensure the technical monitoring of initiatives related to institutional compliance and performance.

Admission Requirements

Eligible candidates include workers with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the same category or between career paths, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
