Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (Agency for the Management of the Education System (AGSE), IP) promotes an internal mobility procedure to fill 2 (two) job positions in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Department of Monitoring School Management and Information, Support Unit for Administration and Management Bodies.
Job Description
The duties to be performed fall within the scope of providing technical and legal support to the administration and management of public pre-school, primary, and secondary education establishments, specifically:

Technical and legal analysis and framing of matters relating to the autonomy, administration and management of schools;

Providing technical support to the management bodies of school clusters and non-clustered schools;

Monitoring procedures related to the election, reappointment, and termination of terms of directors, as well as the appointment of provisional administrative committees;

Analysis of matters relating to the performance evaluation of directors;

Monitoring the process of decentralizing powers in the field of education;

Support for institutional coordination with municipalities, CCDRs (Regional Coordination and Development Commissions) and other public administration bodies;

Contribution to the standardization of procedures and production of technical content in the area of expertise.

Admission Requirements
Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts, holding qualifications suitable for the Senior Technician career, and meeting the legal requirements for internal mobility, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
