Context

The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting a recruitment procedure through mobility within the category, to fill 1 (one) job position in the career/category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Treasury and Assets Unit, integrated into the Financial and Project Management Department.

Job Description

The job position is within the Treasury and Assets Unit, and the employee will be responsible for:

• To collaborate in the preparation of budget execution reports and to contribute to the preparation of the draft budget and the submission of...
  AGSE,IP accounts;

• To plan and control the management of available funds, ensuring the
  Treasury management involves identifying available balances for financial investment and promoting their use.

• To ensure the management, control, and accounting recording of revenues.
  AGSE, IP's own services, using the supporting computer systems and issuing invoices relating to the organization's own revenue;

• To ensure compliance with tax and reporting obligations,
  Specifically regarding VAT and IRC (Corporate Income Tax), to report the information to the Budgetary Entity to the Tax Authority;

• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and provide financial information for the preparation of management tools, in line with the organization's strategic plan;

• To control revenue and ensure its delivery to the State, in accordance with the terms.
