Public notice of the opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of a director – Aquilino Ribeiro School Group, Oeiras

Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Aquilino Ribeiro School Group, Oeiras, for the four-year period 2026-2030. 

It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice No. 8047/2026/2, which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of Group of Schools Aquilino Ribeiro, Oeiras.

In accordance with Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2, it is hereby announced that the competitive procedure for filling the position of Director of the Aquilino Ribeiro Oeiras School Group for the four-year period (2026-2030) is open for a period of 10 working days, starting from the working day following the publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette.

Requirements and application process

The application for admission to the competitive procedure is formalized by means of a request addressed to the President of the General Council, using the appropriate form available at [website address]. Group's website  — Aquilino Ribeiro School Group — Oeiras, and at the Administrative Services of the main school (Avenida Domingos Vandelli, 2740-123 Porto Salvo), and it must be delivered to these Services by 4 pm on the last day of the deadline or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched by the end of the stipulated deadline.

The application for admission must be accompanied by the following documentation, under penalty of exclusion:

• Curriculum vitae detailed, An updated, dated, and signed statement detailing the functions performed and professional qualifications held; this must be duly documented, otherwise it will not be considered.
• Intervention project at the Aquilino Ribeiro School Group— not exceeding 25 pages in Arial font, size 11, and 1.5 line spacing, which may be supplemented with any relevant attachments, and must contain:
  • Identifying problems;
  • Defining the mission, goals, and broad guidelines for action;
  • An explanation of the strategic plan to be implemented during the term.
• Documentary evidence of the elements contained in Curriculum vitae, For all candidates, with the exception of those whose individual files are located in the Administrative Services of the Aquilino Ribeiro School Group — Oeiras, the requirements are as follows:
• Declaration authenticated by the originating service., which includes the category, the employment relationship, and the length of service.
• Certified photocopy, or certified copy, of the document proving academic qualifications and certificates relating to professional status.
• Photocopy of Citizen Card, with the consent of the data subject or by presenting the documents in person.
• Candidates may also indicate any other elements, duly proven, that they consider relevant for assessing its merit.

Evaluation of applications

Applications will be evaluated taking into account the following mandatory criteria:

• A analysis of Curriculum vitae of each candidate
• A Analysis of the Intervention Project at the Aquilino Ribeiro School Group;
• Individual interview performed on the candidate.
