Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to Department of Organizational Performance and Compliance.
Job Description
This job position is for the Organizational Planning System Unit, integrated into the Organizational Performance and Compliance Department, whose responsibilities are described in point 2.1 of the... Notice (extract) No. 31219/2025/2.
These are technical and analytical functions, with a high degree of responsibility and specialization, in the areas of strategic and operational planning, monitoring organizational performance, and producing management information to support decision-making and accountability.
The main functions are:
• To develop, monitor and evaluate strategic and operational planning instruments, specifically activity plans, multi-year plans and implementation reports.
• Define, monitor, and analyze organizational, financial, operational, and impact key performance indicators (KPIs).
• To collect, process, validate, and systematize information from the different organizational units.
• Prepare comprehensive management, performance, and sustainability reports, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance with guidelines from supervisory bodies and control entities.
• Develop prospective analyses, scenarios, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• To contribute to the continuous improvement of institutional planning, monitoring and reporting processes.

Admission Requirements
Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
Selection Method
The evaluation and selection of applications will be carried out through a professional selection interview, designed to assess compliance with admission requirements, as well as the professional experience and skills of the candidates.
