
Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of Avis School Group
It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice No. 12452/2026/2, which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Avis School Group.
In accordance with articles 21, 22 and 22-A of Decree-Law no. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law no. 137/2012, of July 2, it is hereby made public that a competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of the Avis School Group is open for a period of ten (10) working days, counted from the working day following the publication of this notice in the Diário da República.
Admission requirements
The admission requirements for the competition are those set out in Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of 22 of
April, with the amendments introduced by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2.
The application must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion.

- Curriculum vitae detailed, up-to-date, dated and signed;
- Intervention Project for the Avis School Group;
- Declaration from the originating service;
- Photocopy of supporting document of academic qualifications;
- Photocopy of supporting document qualifications for performing school administration and management functions;
- Photocopy of Citizen Card or Identity Card and Tax Identification Number;
- Candidates may also indicate any other elements considered relevant for
Appreciation of their merit, provided they are duly proven.
Formalization of the candidacy
The application must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion.

- Intervention project in the School Cluster;
- Authenticated statement from the originating service indicating the candidate's category, employment status, and length of service.;
- Certified photocopy of document proving academic qualifications.s;
- Certified photocopy of professional training certificates.;
- Photocopy of citizen card.
Evaluation of applications
Application evaluation methods
The evaluation of applications will comply with the provisions of the Competition Regulations for the Election of the Director of the Avis School Group, and the following methods must be considered:
- A analysis of Curriculum vitae, specifically for the purposes of assessing the relevance of
professional and educational background and merit of the candidate; - Analysis of the Intervention Project in the Grouping, Regarding the relevance of the diagnosis,
Definition of mission and goals, coherence and feasibility of strategies, as well as suitability to the reality of the Group; - The result of the individual interview, aiming to appreciate, in an objective interpersonal relationship
and systematic, the candidate's personal and professional skills, motivation, and strategic vision.
