In accordance with the wording given by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2, it is hereby made public that the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of the Mirandela School Group is open for a period of ten working days, starting from the day following the publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette.

Admission requirements

The admission requirements for this competition are those stated in points 3 and 4 of...
Article 21 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2.

Formalization of the candidacy

Formal applications must be submitted using the appropriate form, available at the Administrative Services office, as well as on the Moodle platform. School Group, addressed to the President of the General Council of the Mirandela School Group, and may be delivered in person to the Administrative Services of the Group's Headquarters School, or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched by the deadline set in paragraph 1 of this Notice, to Agrupamento de Escolas de Mirandela, Rua Afonso III, 5370-408 Mirandela.

The application for the competition, in accordance with Article 22-A of Decree-Law No. 75/2008 of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012 of July 2, and other applicable legislation, must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:

• Curriculum vitae detailed;
• Intervention Project at the Mirandela School Group;
• A statement authenticated by the originating service indicating the category, employment status, and pay grade.
  and length of service;
• Photocopy of Citizen Card;
• Photocopy of the document proving possession of academic qualifications.;
• FPhotocopy of the document proving possession of the qualification to perform the duties of school administration and management, specific qualification;
• Criminal Record Certificate.Candidates may also indicate any other duly documented elements.,
  that they consider relevant for assessing its merit.

Evaluation of applications

The selection method is the result of what is stipulated in articles 22-A and 22-B of the Decree-Law.
No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2, as well as the provisions of the Regulations for the Competitive Election Procedure for the Director of the Mirandela School Group, available on the Group's website and in the administrative offices.
