In accordance with Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by
Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2nd, makes public that the competition for filling the position of Director of the Padre João Rodrigues Basic and Secondary School, Sernancelhe, is open for a period of 10 working days, starting from the day following the publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette.

To the President of the General Council of the Padre João Rodrigues Basic and Secondary School, Sernancelhe, using the appropriate form provided at Group's website and at the Administrative Services of the Padre João Rodrigues Basic and Secondary School, Sernancelhe — Rua Padre João Rodrigues, 3640-290 Sernancelhe, and may be delivered in person to the Administrative Services or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched before the deadline set for the submission of applications.

Formalization of the candidacy

The application for admission must be accompanied by the following documentation, under penalty of law.
exclusion:

• Curriculum vitae, detailed, dated, and signed;
• Intervention project at the Padre João Rodrigues Basic and Secondary School, Sernancelhe;
• Authenticated statement from the originating service indicating the candidate's category, employment status, and length of service.;
• Certified photocopy of document proving academic qualifications.s;
• Certified photocopy of professional training certificates.;
• Photocopy of citizen card.

Documentary proof of the elements contained in the curriculum vitae is mandatory, with the exception of those that are filed in the respective individual file and this file is located in the Administrative Services of the Padre João Rodrigues Basic and Secondary School, Sernancelhe.

Evaluation of applications

Applications will be evaluated considering:

• The analysis of curriculum vitae of each candidate, specifically for assessment purposes
  its relevance to the performance of the duties of Director and its merit;
• Analysis of the intervention project at the Padre João Rodrigues Basic and Secondary School, Sernancelhe presented by the candidate, aiming to assess the coherence between the diagnosed problems and the proposed intervention strategies;
• The result of the individual interview conducted with the candidate., aiming to assess, through an objective and systematic interpersonal relationship, the candidate's abilities in relation to the profile requirements of the position being applied for.
