Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to Department of Organizational Performance and Compliance.
Job Description
This job position is for the Integrated Management System Unit, which is part of the Organizational Performance and Compliance Department, and whose responsibilities are described in point 2.2 of the [document/document/etc.]. Notice (extract) No. 31219/2025/2.
These are technical and specialized functions involved in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management and business continuity systems, ensuring the entity's legal and regulatory compliance.
The main functions are:
• To ensure the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of management systems, particularly quality management;
• Ensure that management systems are aligned with ISO normative standards;
• Identify, monitor, and ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, monitor and support internal and external audits of management systems.
• To promote the definition, monitoring, and analysis of performance indicators;
• Prepare technical reports, action plans, and documentation related to management systems.
• Support internal awareness and training initiatives;
• Coordinate with external entities, competent authorities, and internal services.

Admission Requirements
Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
Selection Method
The evaluation and selection of applications will be carried out through:
Professional selection interview, designed to assess whether candidates meet the admission requirements, as well as their professional experience and skills.
Only candidates holding a Bachelor's degree/higher academic degree in Management, Engineering, Business Sustainability, or related fields will be called for an interview.
