Context

The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting a recruitment procedure through mobility within the category, to fill 1 (one) job position in the career/category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Contracts Unit within the scope of the Statute of Private and Cooperative Education, integrated into the Acquisitions and Contracts Department.

Job Description

The job position to be filled falls within the Contracts Unit under the Private and Cooperative Education Statute, and the employee's responsibilities include:

• To ensure the development and compliance with standards and procedures for
  to proceed with the services, relating to the contracts entered into between the Ministry of
  Education, Science and Innovation and private educational establishments and
  cooperative;

• To ensure the drafting and legal oversight of contracts, as well as to prepare opinions, reports, and other general documents in the administrative and financial context;

• To prepare, participate in, support and/or ensure all legal procedures and
  administrative procedures related to this type of contract through
  of the procedures and applicable legislation, specifically at the level of the Code of
  Administrative Procedure (CPA) and other specific education legislation
  private and cooperative.

Admission Requirements

Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
