Job Description

• To develop, monitor and evaluate strategic and operational planning instruments (activity plans, multi-year plans and implementation reports).;

• Define, monitor, and analyze organizational, financial, operational, and impact key performance indicators (KPIs).;

• To collect, process, validate and systematize information from the different organizational units.;

• Prepare comprehensive management, performance, and sustainability reports.;

• Develop forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.;

• To contribute to the continuous improvement of institutional planning, monitoring and reporting processes.

Admission Requirements

Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
