Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (Agency for the Management of the Education System (AGSE), IP) promotes an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Integrated Management System Unit, integrated into the Organizational Performance and Compliance Department.
The job involves technical and specialized functions in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management and business continuity systems, ensuring the entity's legal and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
The main functions are:

To ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems, particularly quality management;

To ensure the alignment of management systems with normative references (ISO);

Identify, monitor, and ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;

To plan, monitor and support internal and external audits of management systems;

To promote the definition, monitoring, and analysis of performance indicators;

Prepare technical reports, action plans, and documentation related to management systems;

Support internal awareness and training initiatives;

Coordinate with external entities, relevant authorities, and internal services.

Admission Requirements
Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts, holding qualifications suitable for the Senior Technician career, and meeting the legal requirements for internal mobility, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
