Context

The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting a recruitment procedure through mobility within the category, to fill 1 (one) job position in the career/category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Acquisitions Unit, integrated into the Acquisitions and Contracts Department.

Job Description

The job position to be filled is within the Acquisitions Unit, and the employee will be responsible for:

• Drafting procedural documents within the scope of the Public Procurement Code;

• Register and publish the procedures on the hiring platforms;

• To provide information regarding prior authorizations, within the scope of the budget law.

• To provide legal support to the organic units of basic and secondary education.

• Report the acquisition of goods and services to the competent authorities;

• Record the hiring processes;

• Reporting to the Court of Auditors on procedures subject to review within the scope of

Admission Requirements

Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
