Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (Agency for the Management of the Education System (AGSE), IP) promotes an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Organizational Planning Unit, integrated into the Organizational Performance and Compliance Department.
The job involves technical and analytical functions, with a high degree of responsibility and specialization, in the areas of strategic and operational planning, monitoring organizational performance, and producing management information to support decision-making and accountability.
Job Description
The senior technician to be recruited will perform the following duties: Lawyer in Organizational Planning Unit, with responsibilities that include:

Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer of AGSE, IP, in matters relating to the processing of personal data;

To propose, monitor and oversee compliance with institutional ethics standards, including the Code of Ethics and Conduct and the Corruption Risk Prevention Plan;

Prepare monitoring, implementation, and evaluation reports within the scope of institutional integrity;

Collaborate in managing the whistleblowing channel for AGSE, IP;

To collect, process, validate and systematize information from the different organizational units;

Assess compliance with the General Anti-Corruption Regime and the General Data Protection Regulation;

To prepare studies, information and reports within the scope of the Unit's responsibilities;

To participate in external audits and collaborate in internal audits.

Admission Requirements
Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts, holding qualifications suitable for the Senior Technician career, and meeting the legal requirements for internal mobility, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
