Context

The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (Agency for the Management of the Education System (AGSE), IP) promotes an internal mobility procedure to fill 3 (three) job positions in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Department of Competitions and Mobility of Teachers and Technicians.

This department is part of the organizational structure of AGSE, IP, ensuring the planning, management and execution of competitive and mobility procedures related to the recruitment of teaching and technical staff for the education system.

Job Description

The duties to be performed include, in particular:

• Planning, managing and executing competitive and mobility procedures related to the recruitment of teaching staff;

• Monitoring of national, internal and external competitions for school clusters and non-clustered schools;

• Management of internal mobility procedures, recruitment reserves, and hiring of teachers by schools;

• Planning and execution of competitions for art schools (Music and Dance and Visual and Audiovisual Arts);

• Planning and execution of tenders and recruitment for Portuguese Schools Abroad in the Public Network (EPERP);

• Planning and execution of competitive and mobility procedures related to the recruitment of technical staff for schools;

• Monitoring and evaluation of data relating to competitive selection procedures;

• Collaboration in initiatives and partnerships with other public bodies regarding the recruitment and mobility of teachers.

Admission Requirements

Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.

Selection Method

The evaluation and selection of applications will be carried out through:

• Professional selection interview.

Only candidates with an academic degree in Law will be called for an interview.
