AGSE presents new contact channels.

A Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE) provides new contact channels, with the objective of to facilitate and centralize the forwarding of requests e to ensure a faster and more effective response in response to various requests from the educational community and other entities.

General inquiries with AGSE, IP should be made through the following email addresses, which will now constitute the Agency's main institutional contact points:

This change is part of the process of consolidating the activity of AGSE, IP as the entity responsible for managing key areas of the education system. Centralizing contacts will improve the tracking of received requests and ensure greater efficiency. in your treatment.

It is also planned, implementation of an integrated communication solution which will allow for even stronger coordination with the various partners and stakeholders in the education system.

E72 remains the official structured customer service channel.

Meanwhile, remains operational, until the new communication channel becomes operational, the E72, the official electronic service channel of the Education Administration and preferred means of communication., accessible through SIGRHE, which allows for the submission of requests for clarification in a structured manner, with associated history and a commitment to respond within a maximum of 72 hours.
