
Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Caparica School Group, Almada, for the four-year period 2026-2030.
It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice No. 7078/2026/02 , which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the Director of Group of Schools from Caparica to Almada.
O The procedure takes place over a period of 10 working days., starting from the day following the publication of the notice, and falls within the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2.
Requirements and application process
The admission requirements for the competitive procedure are those established in paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law no. 137/2012, of July 2.
Applications must be formalized by means of a request, using the appropriate form., available on pGroup's website, or at the Administrative Services of the school headquarters of the Grouping, Monte de Caparica Basic and Secondary School, addressed to the President of the General Council of the Caparica School Group, Almada, and may be delivered in person to the Administrative Services of the main school, Rua 25 de Abril — 2825-105 Monte de Caparica during normal office hours, or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched within the deadline set for the submission of applications.
The application for admission (application form) referred to in the previous paragraph must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:
- Curriculum vitae detailed, dated, signed and up-to-date;
- Certificates or other documents Proof of the elements included in the curriculum, with the exception of those already filed in the respective individual file at the Caparica School Group, Almada;
- Intervention project at the Caparica School Group, Almada, identifying the problems, defining the mission, the goals and the main guidelines for action, as well as explaining the strategic plan to be carried out during the term;
- certified statement from the originating service, which includes the category, employment status, and length of service;
- Photocopy of document proving academic qualifications;
- Photocopy of document proving possession of qualification for the exercise of school administration and management functions, with the respective accreditation certification.
- Photocopy of citizen card;
- Criminal record.
Candidates may include other duly documented documents that they consider relevant for the evaluation of their application when submitting it.
Evaluation of applications
The following will be applied. methods for evaluating applications:
- Analysis of curriculum vitae specifically for the purpose of assessing their relevance to the performance of the duties of director and their merit;
- Analysis of the intervention project at the Caparica School Group, Almada, considering the identification of problems, the stated mission, the strategies to be implemented, the goals to be achieved, and the clarification of the main guidelines and actions. The relevance of the project to the Group and the knowledge it reveals of the socio-educational context it is intended for will also be evaluated;
- Interview analysis in terms of clarifying, deepening and arguing aspects related to the previous paragraphs.
