In accordance with the amendments introduced by Decree-Law No. 224/2009, of September 11, and by Decree-Law No. 137, of July 2, 2012, it is hereby announced that a competition is open for the position of Director of the Santa Luzia School Group, Elvas, for a period of 10 working days from the day following the publication of this notice in the Diário da República (Official Gazette).

Admission requirements

The admission requirements for the competition are those stipulated in points 3 and 4 of article 21 of...
Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 224/2009, of September 11, and by Decree-Law No. 137, of July 2, 2012.

Admission to the competitive selection process is made by application, addressed to the President of
General Council of the Santa Luzia School Group, Elvas, in its own form, available at Group's website or at the school administration offices of the school headquarters, located at Estrada da Carvalha, s/n, 7350-313 Elvas, which may be
delivered in person to the administrative offices of the Group or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched before the deadline set for applications.

Formalization of the candidacy

The application referred to in the previous point must be accompanied by the following documents:,
under penalty of exclusion:

• Curriculum vitae detailed, dated, signed and updatedwhere the information is listed
  deemed relevant to the competition and accompanied by documentary proof of the elements contained therein, with the exception of those that are filed in the respective individual file and this file is located at the school where the competition procedure is taking place;
• Intervention Project relating to the Santa Luzia School Group, Elvas, which includes identifying problems, defining the mission, goals and main guidelines for action, as well as outlining the strategic plan to be implemented during the term of office.

The candidate may also indicate any other duly proven elements that
consider them pertinent and relevant for the assessment of their merit.

Evaluation of applications

Applications will be evaluated considering:

• A analysis of Curriculum vitae, specifically for the purposes of assessing its relevance.
  for the performance of the duties of Director and their merit;
• A Analysis of the Intervention Project in the School Cluster, aiming to assess their relevance and the coherence between the diagnosed problems and the proposed intervention strategies;
• O result of the individual interview conducted with the candidate which, in addition to delving into the aspects related to the points in this section, aims to assess the motivations behind the application and the candidate's capabilities in relation to the profile and requirements of the position for which they are applying.
