Correction to Notice No. 5878/2026/2, of March 17, regarding the opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Murtosa School Group.

Rectification Statement No. 345/2026/2 - Official Gazette No. 80/2026, Series II of 2026-04-24

For the record, and in accordance with paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 of Article 11 of the Regulation on the Publication of Acts in the Official Gazette, approved by Regulatory Order No. 16/2022, of December 30, and exercising the powers delegated by the board of directors of Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda, SA, on February 26, 2026, and having obtained a favorable opinion from the issuing entity, it is hereby declared that Notice No. 5878/2026/2, published in the Official Gazette, 2nd series, No. 53, of March 17, 2026, concerning the opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Murtosa School Group, was published with an inaccuracy in the text, and is therefore rectified as follows:
At the end, where it reads:
«"March 6, 2026. — The President of the General Council, José Carlos da Silva Ruela."»
It should read:
«"March 6, 2026. — The President of the General Council, João Carlos da Silva Ruela."»
