Context

The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to Procurement and Contracts Department, pursuant to Article 12 of Decree No. 296-A/2025/1, of September 5.

Job Description

A job opening for the Contracts Unit within the framework of the Private and Cooperative Education Statute, Acquisitions and Contracts Department, of the Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP), with specific responsibilities including:

• To ensure the development and compliance with standards and procedures to be followed by the services, relating to contracts entered into between the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation and private and cooperative educational establishments.

• To ensure the drafting and legal oversight of contracts, as well as to prepare opinions, reports, and other general documents in the administrative and financial context.

• To prepare, participate in, support and/or ensure all legal and administrative procedures related to this type of contract, following applicable procedures and legislation, specifically the Code of Administrative Procedure (CPA) and other specific legislation for private and cooperative education.
