Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) promotes a recruitment procedure through mobility within the category, for the filling of 2 (two) job positions in the career/category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Legal Support Unit, integrated into the Legal Support and Litigation Department.
Job Description
The duties to be performed fall within the scope of specialized legal support, specifically:

Providing legal advice, including coordination with the Litigation Unit;

Technical support in the drafting of legal and regulatory documents and other normative instruments;

Monitoring the signing and execution of inter-administrative contracts;

Legal support in the process of decentralizing powers;
-
Issuing opinions in the context of administrative challenges to actions taken by the Governing Board;

Legal support in matters relating to teaching and technical staff in educational establishments;

Handling complaints received through the complaint channel platform;
-
Drafting regulations, instructions, and legal studies within the scope of the Department's responsibilities.

Admission Requirements
Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
