Context

The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) promotes a recruitment procedure through mobility within the category, for the filling of 1 (one) job position in the career/category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the Financial and Asset Audit Unit, integrated into the Organizational Performance and Compliance Department.

Job Description

The duties to be performed fall within the scope of internal financial and asset auditing, specifically:

• Collect, organize, and structure data from various sources.;

• To develop internal audit actions in the budgetary, economic and asset domains.;

• Analyze documents, reports, internal control systems, and accounting and financial procedures.;

• To carry out economic and financial analyses and verify compliance with legal and regulatory provisions.;

• To monitor and coordinate requests and responses to external audits or inspections.;

• To create dashboards and reports for communicating results;

• Develop recommendations for eliminating detected non-conformities.;

• Collaborate in the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor financial risks.;

• Perform other activities inherent to the Unit.

Admission Requirements

Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
