Context

The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (Agency for the Management of the Education System (AGSE), IP) promotes an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to the FCCN Unit – Digital Education Services.

Job Description

The senior technician to be recruited will perform the following duties: Product Owner, with responsibilities that include:

• Define and communicate the product vision, objectives, and roadmap, in alignment with the institutional strategy;

• Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring the maximization of public value and impact;

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;

• Translate business needs and legal requirements into clear functional requirements;

• To monitor product development throughout its lifecycle, in collaboration with technical and UX/UI teams;

• Monitor performance indicators, product adoption, and quality;

• To ensure compliance with GDPR, digital accessibility, interoperability, and information security;

• Prepare reports and status updates for monitoring by Management;

• To promote continuous improvement practices and user/citizen guidance.

Admission Requirements

Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts who possess the appropriate qualifications for the Senior Technician career path and who meet the legal requirements for mobility within the category, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.

Selection Method
