Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to FCCN – Digital Education Services – Disciplinary Team for Information Systems Support.
Job Description
The senior technician to be recruited will have the following responsibilities:
• Prepare, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases;
• Perform quality tests on the software, specifically functional tests,
regression, integration, performance and, where applicable, security;
• Perform manual tests and collaborate on the implementation of automated tests;
• Identify, record, report and monitor anomalies throughout the cycle of
development;
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and best practices;
• Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders on
validation of solutions;
• To contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and control processes.

Workplace
The workplace is located at the facilities of the FCCN-Digital Education Services Unit, at Av. do Brasil n.º 101, Lisbon (Campus of the National Laboratory of Civil Engineering, LNEC, Manuel Rocha Building).
Admission Requirements
Eligible candidates include employees with permanent public employment contracts, holding qualifications suitable for the Senior Technician career, and meeting the legal requirements for internal mobility, in accordance with the General Law on Public Service Employment.
