It was published in Official Gazette o Notice No. 479820262 which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of Braamcamp Freire School Group, located in Pontinha, municipality of Odivelas.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, with the changes introduced by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, As of July 2nd, a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of that school cluster is open for a period of... 10 business days, starting from the day after the notice is published.
Teachers in the public education system and qualified teachers with permanent contracts in private or cooperative education systems may apply, provided they possess the following qualifications: at least five years of service and qualification for the exercise of school administration and management functions, in accordance with the provisions of points 3 and 4 of article 21 of the aforementioned decree-law.
The application must be formalized by means of a request for admission to the competitive procedure, using the form provided by the school group, addressed to the president of the General Council and accompanied by the required documentation, namely: Detailed curriculum vitae, intervention project for the school cluster, and supporting documents proving qualifications and professional experience..
The selection method includes analysis of the curriculum vitae, a assessment of the intervention project and the conducting individual interviews with candidates, as provided for in paragraph 6 of Article 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008.
The procedure is governed by the provisions of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, with the changes introduced by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2nd, by Decree-Law No. 41/2012, of February 21st, and by Decree-Law No. 4/2015, January 7th.
