
Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of School Group Dr. Azevedo Neves, Amadora
It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice of Extract No. 9955, which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Dr. Azevedo Neves School Group, Amadora.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2, it is hereby announced that a competitive procedure is open for filling the position of Director of the Dr. Azevedo Neves School Group, Amadora, for a period of 10 working days from the day following the publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
Requirements and application process
The formal application process is carried out by submitting a request form, using the school cluster's own form, available at the administrative offices of the main school and at the [location/website/etc.]. School Group's website;
The application referred to in the previous point is addressed to the President of the General Council of the Dr. Azevedo Neves School Group, Amadora, and contains the following elements: Full identification, academic and professional qualifications, professional status, current address and contact details, identification of the position applied for and the notice of publication in the Official Gazette;
The application for admission referred to in the preceding points must be accompanied by the following documentation, under penalty of exclusion:
- Curriculum vitae, detailed and up-to-date;
- Intervention project, relating to the Grouping;
- Certificates of declarationsphotocopies of academic qualifications and certificates
professional training, authenticated statement from the originating services proving the situation.
current status of the candidate; - Documentary evidence of the elements contained in curriculum, with the exception of those that are filed in the candidate's individual file, provided that the candidate is located in this Group.
Candidates may also submit or declare other duly documented elements that they consider relevant for the assessment of their application.
Any optional elements submitted without unequivocal proof will not be taken into account in the evaluation of the application.
Evaluation of applications
The methods for evaluating applications are as follows:
- Analysis of Curriculum vitae, aiming to assess its relevance to the performance of duties of
Director and his merit; - Analysis of the Intervention Project in the School Cluster, aiming to assess the coherence between the diagnosed problems and the proposed intervention strategies;
- Analysis of the interview resultsa, aiming to assess the suitability of the candidate to the job requirements, their leadership skills, and their motivation for running for office.
