Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of São Pedro Secondary School, Vila Real

It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice No. 10304/2026, which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the São Pedro Secondary School, Vila Real.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended.
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 137/2012 of July 2, it is hereby made public that the competition for the position of director of the São Pedro Secondary School, in Vila Real, is open for a period of 10 working days from the day following the publication of this notice in the Diário da República (Official Gazette).

Admission requirements

The requirements for admission to the competition are those stipulated in points 3 and 4 of article 21.
of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended by Decree-Law No. 137/2012, of July 2.

Formalization of the candidacy

The formal application process is carried out by submitting a request, in
proprietary model, made available  on the São Pedro Secondary School website and in administrative services. The request is addressed to the President of the General Council.
and contains the following elements: Full identification, academic and professional qualifications, professional status, current address and contact details, identification of the position applied for and the notice of publication in the Official Gazette.

The application for admission must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:

Curriculum vitae, detailed, dated, signed and up-to-date;

Intervention Project for the School Group;

Authenticated statement from the originating service, indicating the category, employment status, grade, management positions, and length of service of the candidate;

Certified photocopy of the document proving academic and professional qualifications;

Photocopy of the document proving qualification to perform the duties. School Administration and Management;

Photocopy of the Citizen Card (duly authorized by the cardholder and for exclusive purposes). of the competitive selection process);

Declaration of consent for the processing of personal data, duly signed and dated.

Any other duly proven elements considered relevant to the assessment of its merit.

Candidates must submit all documents referred to in the preceding points in person, against receipt, to the administrative services of the School, or send them by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, dispatched by the deadline set, addressed to the President of the General Council, São Pedro Secondary School, Rua Morgado de Mateus, 5000-455 Vila Real.

Evaluation of applications

A analysis of Curriculum vitae of each candidate;

A Analysis of the Intervention Project in the School Cluster;

O result of the individual interview conducted with the candidate.
