Context
The Agency for the Management of the Education System, IP (AGSE, IP) is promoting an internal mobility procedure to fill 1 (one) job position in the career and category of Senior Technician, to be assigned to Department for Monitoring School Management and Information.
Job Description
The duties to be performed fall within the scope of providing technical and legal support in the administration and management of public pre-school, primary, and secondary education establishments, specifically:
- Analysis, interpretation and application of legal and regulatory norms or other acts concerning matters relating to the autonomy, administration and management of school clusters and non-clustered schools;
- Support for the management bodies of school clusters and non-clustered schools;
- Monitoring procedures related to the election, reappointment, termination of mandate of directors and the appointment of provisional administrative committees;
- Analysis of matters relating to the performance evaluation of directors;
- Monitoring the process of decentralizing powers in the field of education;
- Support for institutional coordination, particularly with municipalities, Regional Coordination and Development Commissions (CCDRs), and other public administration services and bodies.
