Opening of a competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of School Group from Pinhel

It was published in the Official Gazette. Notice No. 10176/2026, which determines the opening of the competitive procedure prior to the election of the director of the Pinhel School Group (AgEP).

In accordance with Articles 21 and 22 of Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, as amended,
It is hereby made public, pursuant to Decree-Law No. 137/2012 of July 2, that a competitive procedure is open for the position of Director of AgEP, for the four-year period 2026/2030, for a period of 10 working days from the day following the publication of this notice in the Diário da República.

Admission requirements

Candidates who meet the following criteria may oppose this competitive procedure:
conditions established in points 3 and 4 of article 21 of Decree-Law no. 75/2008, of April 22, with the amendments introduced and published in the annex by Decree-Law no. 137/2012, of July 2;
Career teachers in the public education system or professionally qualified teachers with contracts.
for an indefinite period in private and cooperative education, in both cases with at least five years of service and qualifications to perform school administration and management functions;
They are considered qualified to perform school administration and management functions.
the teachers who:
a) They hold specific qualifications for this purpose, in accordance with points b) and c) of
No. 1 of Article 56 of the Statute of the Teaching Career of Early Childhood Educators and Primary and Secondary School Teachers;
b) Possess experience of at least one full term in the exercise of the following positions: director, deputy director or assistant director, president or vice-president of the executive board, executive director or assistant executive director, or member of the board of directors and/or executive board, under the terms of the regimes approved, respectively, by Decree-Law No. 115-A/98, of May 4, amended by Decree-Law No. 75/2008, of April 22, republished in the Official Gazette No. 126, 1st series, of July 2, 2012, by Law No. 24/99, of April 22, by Decree-Law No. 172/91, of May 10, and by Decree-Law No. 769-A/76, of October 23;
c) Possess at least three years of experience as a director or pedagogical director of a private or cooperative educational establishment;
d) Possess a relevant curriculum in the area of school management and administration, as such considered,
in a secret ballot, by a majority of the members of the Standing Committee of the General Council.

Formalization of the candidacy

The application process is formalized by submitting a request.

General Council of AgEP. The application may be submitted, by the applicant in person, in paper format, to the Administrative Services of the school headquarters of the Group, during normal office hours in a sealed envelope against the respective receipt, or sent by registered mail, with acknowledgment of receipt, to the attention of the President of the General Council, to AgEP, located at Av. Carneiro de Gusmão, 6400-337 Pinhel, dispatched before the deadline set for the submission of applications.

The application for the competitive selection process must be accompanied by the following documents, under penalty of exclusion:

Curriculum vitae, detailed, dated, signed and up-to-date;

Intervention Project for the School Group;

Authenticated statement from the originating service, stating the category, the employment relationship, and the length of service. service record and the candidate's most recent performance evaluation;

Declaration of informed consent for the competitive procedure for the election of the director of AgEP, using the provided template, available at [website address]. AgEP website and in the Administrative Services of the Main School of the Group.

Certified photocopy of the Biographical Record or certificate, of the document proving the
Academic qualifications and certificates relating to professional status, unless the candidate's individual file contains this document and is located in the respective school cluster;

Presentation of citizen card/identity card and tax identification number. or delivery of these documents in duly authorized photocopies.

Any other duly proven elements considered relevant to the assessment of its merit.
